This elective course helps undergraduate students develop essential skills in well-being, self-care, self-management, leadership, healthy lifestyle habits, green health, and sustainability. Using a blended learning approach, the course combines classroom activities with digital tools and a habit-tracking app, enabling students to explore physical and mental wellness, nutrition, stress management, digital balance, and how the environment affects health. Case studies related to current challenges (such as digital overuse and environmental sustainability) encourage students to form healthier habits, build resilience, and strengthen their connection to the community. Students who complete the course earn 3 ECTS credits.
